This year’s seminar themed ‘Watch Her Shine’ is open to all 45 Asian National Olympic Councils (NOCs), specifically targeting Secretary Generals and Women in Sport members from each NOC.

Currently, 88 participants from 43 NOCs have confirmed participation.

The inaugural OCA Gender Equity Seminar was held in Manama, Bahrain in 2022 setting a precedent for future discussions on gender equity in sports. Building on this foundation, the upcoming seminar promises to be an enriching experience for all attendees to engage in dialogue and collaborative efforts aimed at enhancing opportunities for women in sports across Asia. – James Kon
