Brunei Darussalam wushu athlete Mohammad Safiee Shayferan bin Roslan finished in 19th place out of 20 entrants in the men’s daoshu event of the 20th Malaysia Games (Sukma) at the Gymnasium 2, National Sports Council on Wednesday.

The national athlete recorded a score of 8.720 points, with only a participant from Pahang below him in the rankings.

Johor clinched gold with 9.650 points while Malacca claimed silver with 9.646 points, and Sarawak took bronze with 9.606 points.
