WITH Brunei’s contingent to the 29th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games 2017 collecting five silver and nine bronze medals, Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports yesterday said that it is a good achievement compared to SEA Games 2015.
Despite not capturing any gold medal, the minister was happy to see that the athletes were able to have good competitive spirits.
The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports was speaking on the sideline of the visit to see para athletes preparing for the 9th Asean Para Games 2017 in Kuala Lumpur.
